•A card is required to book all appointments. If the card placed on file is invalid, expired, has insufficient funds, or is pre-paid, resulting in an inability to be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy, the client account will be suspended from online booking and will not be able to book future appointments until the charge is processed.

•All services $100+ will be charged a 20% deposit fee before booking. This deposit is non-fundable but is transferable to any appointment rescheduled before 24 hours.

•Deposits are transferable to any service changes and will come off of the total price of the new service booked. **be advised that if the new service price is less than the deposit amount, the system cannot issue a refund for the difference left.

•A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to any appointment canceled/rescheduled under 24 hours (on the hour).

•Services requiring a deposit fee will be charged 50% of the remaining balance, after the 20% deposit. **be advised that the deposit will not transfer to your next appointment.

•Any appointment rescheduled 2+ times in a row, with no more than 24 hours notice, will require a 20% deposit in order to complete booking.

•No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

•Services requiring a deposit fee will be charged 100% of the remaining balance, after the 20% deposit. **be advised that the deposit will not transfer to your next appointment.

•Appointments cancelled no more than 30 minutes before the scheduled service time will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full service amount.

•2+ appointments in a row, canceled same-day, will result in requiring full payment up front to complete booking, following the last cancellation. This is non refundable, even if the following appointment is canceled within 24+ hours.

•2+ no-shows in a row will result in deactivation of the account, and will be prohibited from booking future appointments.

•Your artist reserves the right to deactivate any account that has recorded an excess amount of same day cancellations or no shows.

•A 15 minute late policy is allotted for appointments 60min+ in duration.

•A 10 minute late policy is allotted for appointments 30-45min in duration.

•A 6 minute late policy is allotted for appointments 15min in duration.

•If you believe you will arrive past the late policy for your appointment, please contact the studio.

•If you arrive past the late-policy time frame and must be rescheduled, your appointment will be considered a same day cancellation and will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

•Cancellations due to illness: If you are feeling under the weather, you are encouraged to use your best judgement and reschedule or wear a mask. If you are running a fever, please reschedule to avoid the spread of germs. Although understanding of unexpected illness, the cancellation policy and fees will remain applicable to same day cancellations due to illness, however, your account will not be flagged.

•Appointments canceled or rescheduled due to traffic, school closures, lack of childcare, household responsibilities, family obligations, family members with the flu/cold, and any other non-emergency situations will remain responsible for their appointment and any cancellation fees will remain applicable.

•If you arrive to your appointment with a contraindication for your service, (ex: using retinol before receiving a wax), you will receive the option to alter your appointment or reschedule. NOTE: Alterations to appointments may be subject to a price increase from what you were originally scheduled for. Appointments rescheduled due to a contraindication will be charged the 50% same-day cancellation fee. If you are unsure if there is a contraindication for your service, please call the studio.

•No children under the age of 10 years old are permitted in the studio.

•No pets are permitted in the studio unless they are a registered service animal.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the use of products and time, no service is subject to a full refund. Every service booked will be accompanied with a thorough consultation before proceeding. Because artist interpretation and rendition of services/styles vary from person to person, and from your own interpretation, there is no guarantee that the service will be exact to any photo or description of a service. However, the artist will make their best attempt at creating the look you desire, and by choosing to proceed with the service, you acknowledge the above statements and revoke the right to a full refund for any services rendered.
